hi, I want to make change to my index homepage(http://www.incsub.org/wpmu/cvera/),but when I open the files page in the management option, it says:"you cannot update the file/template:must make it writable,eg.CHMOD 666" I could see the code though. What does that mean? Could you help me? Thank you!

it means what it said. The files need to be writable.

Use an ftp client and chmod the files you want to edit to 666.

Thanks a lot to you all. But I use WordPress service through registering online, I don't even install those files myself. Could I change file permission by changing options in management page?

    Thank you!!
