   In the admin panel I changed the address to my wordpress URL - hoping to correct a previous problemI thought was caused by my IP rep. I then Saved the change, and now can't open anything on the site - only get error message - "can't find server."

   I'm very new to this - maybe two weeks - so not really sure what I'm doing. I also tried to upgrade to the latest version (the one I have installed must be the last one), and now my entire site looks different - not in a good way. It seems to have been reformatted without my doing anything to do that.

   When I try to change back - by typing in the old name - in the URL location in the admin panel, and then click Save - I get the error message. SO ... it seems that since I saved it as something else I now am unable to edit the site - I always get the error response since it's going to the URL I mistakenly put in - that doesn't actually exist.

   Is there anything I can do about this? I've tried to go back in to my browser's history and access the page from there, but as soon as I click anything on the site I'm taken to the error message - can't find server.

   Help! Please?

   Thanks for this. I can ftp to the site, but don't know where to look for what I need to change. I'll read through the rest of the info you suggested and see if there's anything else I can do.
