• Hi, I can’t figure out how to remove the feed on my Welcome page. I don’t need it on my site. my site is http://davidwaynejackson.com/

Its the big empty white rectangle with blue lines on the top and bottom edges.

I’m also trying to make my post page the main page that comes up when you come to my site. If you go to the link my blog/post page is called Creativity. It’s empty currently because I’m still doing construction.

Also, for those looking at my site, does anyone know how I can make my Creativity page have a different color, background, and header from my other pages?

    Thanks

  • That’s the slider. You can remove that by checking
Graphene Theme Options -> Generals -> Slider -> Disable slider

You can set a post or page to be the homepage.
Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
Choose static page then select the post or page.

Whenever I choose Graphene Theme Options it goes to a blank screen.

Whenever I set the post and static page as one, an old post is on the page and I deleted the post, so idk why its showing up.

Did you select a particular page as the front page?

I am trying to set both my post page and front page as the same page which is the page titled in the menu, “Creativity”

    1. Turn off Graphene’s homepage panes option.
    2. In static page you can’t choose as front page and post page the same Page. They must be different.
