   My company cannot access their blog because instead of misplacing the password, they're unsure of what their username/log in details are; there does not seem to be any reference to this predicament and clearly wordpress do not have a contact number.

   Can somebody advise us what we can do to attain these details?

   I think this is the forum for the wordpress.org not wordpress.com.

   Besides that you have the alternative of email address..
