   Hi,

   after upgrading to WP 3.3 I am not able to activate new sub sites on my network.
   The registration process works fine until I have to activate it. After that nothing happens.

   - No directory under wp-content/blogs.dir is created
   - No database table is created
   - Of course the new subdomains are not working.

   Any idea, what I can do?

   If I create a new website as super admin the page
   /wp-admin/network/site-new.php?action=add-site
   is empty

   New Websites are listed in the Dashboard menu, but not accessible
