Ok, so I upgraded to WP 2.0.
I tried to create a new page and hit the save button. But when I do so, the content that I typed up on the new page is now deleted. For whatever reason, I can't seem to publish any content on a new page. The same occurs when I try to write a new blog entry as well-- no content is published.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

I am having the same problem. I did a new install for a new blog tonight and my content just gets deleted when I hit save.
No idea why. Everything is fine.
Hope someone comes along with an answer. I can't find one.

Ok looks like the problem was this garbage virtual rich html editor thing.
Geez. Totally pointless. I went into my profile and unchecked it. :D
It did not like my Firefox at all.

Can you elobaroate on the "garbage rich virtual html editor" thing? I need to fix mine as well. I am using firefox as well.

oh ok. I figured it out. Apparently there is some sort of a bug in Firefox that prevents us from using the new WP editor in 2.0. It won't allow us to save and publish new content. It works fine in IE and Netscape.

In Safari, it does not even show up--which was a good thing. :D
Just uncheck the option in your admin profile.
