I have just installed the plugin without problems, but when I try to print/pdf a post I get the error:

An error has occurred. We've been alerted to the error and will do our best to get it fixed.

No explanation of the type of error

I have tried several posts (from iPad)

I have tried with both with js and without

I am testing the plugin on my local test installation so I cant give you a link

    Couple of questions...

    • Do you get the error before seeing the preview?
    • If after, do you get the error when you actually try and print?
    • Which browser are you using?
    • Can you send a screenshot?

Hi, when I created the issue I wrote

I am testing the plugin on my local test installation so I cant give you a link

So you are saying it is impossible to test this on a local install, this scares me bit...

It seems like some of pdf generation is done on your site. Nothing in the description states this

PDF generation cannot be done client-side and requires our server to generation. Since we're unable to access your local computer, we're unable to generate the PDF.

PDF generation is a very stable feature we've offered for five years. Top brands like SitePoint.com, Standford.com, and MIT use it without issues. We have no active tickets regarding problems with PDF generation. We're also very responsive to any bugs that appear.

One idea... you could also try launching with PDF disabled, then enable and test it.
