Can't preview wordpress page locally

    I’m doing web page over wamp locally but when I tried to preview page from wordpress I got message: Unable to open WampServer’s config file, please change path in index.php file.
    I’m able to enter wordpress dashboard but can’t preview any page.
    Where is the problem?
