Can't post video and can't post anything on specific pages

Any responders should know I am a total WP rookie, so dumbed down responses with plain English would be a HUGE help!

The site I am working on is http://www.riverbankpictures.com and I am using the Organic theme called “Studio”

Here are a few issues I’m having…..

1: I can’t seem to post any vimeo videos to specific pages. More specifically I would like to post all of my corporate videos on the page I created called “Corporate” and all of the Television series demos on the other page I created called “Television”. The only luck I’ve had getting videos to post at all is if I cut and paste the embedded code into the feature video field and it ends up on the Home page and the Corporate and Television pages as well. I tried everything I could think of; using HTML, I did use the upload/insert section and I got the WP video plugin but I’m not sure I know how to use that properly. Lastly I have no idea how to use categories and what they do…

If there is any code involved to fix these issues please include info on where to put it and how to get there….
