cant post to other pages without messing up navigation

    Hi
    I am very new at these, so not quite sure what i am doing, i started http://www.wannabenormal.com and i have the main page going fine, but i cant post to other pages without messing up the navigation.

    For example, http://www.wannabenormal.com/about-me it only allows me the one post, and to edit the one post, how do i add posts to that page? i know i can make new pages under that parent page, but it messes up the navigation is there some plug in i am missing or something i am doing wrong?

    Anyone with suggestions please let me know thanks!

    a better way to say it is this:
    I created a wordpress site
    it came with a default main page
    in addition, i added another page called MY DIARY.
    when i made entires on the main page, they were displayed in sequence, one after another (which is what i wanted!)
    but when i made entries on my Diary page, the page i created, it would only allow me to make 1 entry. I dont know how to set it so my second diary entry will show on the same page as the first entry.
    if anyone knows how to do this please help, thanks
