I haven't been able to post to digg and some other social sites for the past few weeks. I'm not sure exactly when it started, but whenever I try to post anything to digg I get the message:
Your URL appears to be redirecting a bit too much for our tastes.
This happens whether I use the share this button or just entering the url directly onto the digg submit page.
Any suggestions?

Still happening. Tried changing my theme and deactivating all plugins and still can't post to digg...
Can anyone help me?

I have pretty much the same problem. URL not found. I read somewhere that its related to your use of permalinks and .htaccess file. Has something to do with how wordpress rewrites your permalinks. I still don't know how to fix it, have you had any luck since?
