Can't post header image in Constructor

I loaded the constructor theme today, but can’t get the header images to load per instructions to go to customize>images>header image. I looks like an image should have loaded ok but nothing will display. I’m loading a filetype .jpg. in a small size to fit. It seems so easy, yet it’s not working. Am I missing something?
