Can't Post After upgrade to the latest version from 2.8.4

When I write a new article, and press the button Submit for Review (I don’t know why the button name is not called Post).

Then, nothing happens, and no error message. The whole article did not enter into the database when I went back to Admin menu.

I tried to deactivate all plugins and see if it is the cause. However, the same happens. So, I think it is not due to plugins problem.

Is there anyone can help?
