These are FLV files. FLV videos do not work in HTML5. It has to be MP4.

Ok, but when I tried to play MP4 files, it was working well on iDevices but on the computer it had to download the whole file first and when it start playing I as able to hear only. I couldn’t see the MP4 file.
what could be the reason for that?
That can be fixed by running this tool on your mp4 file – http://renaun.com/blog/2010/06/qtindexswapper-2/

Ok, will check that and will report.
But this makes it complicated it I need to run a toll on every video I need to upload. Isn’t it?
Isn’t there another simple solution for that?
Yes, re encode them originally to fix the issue. Use HandBrake – http://handbrake.fr/, just encode with default settings + web optimized.

This is too complicated… any simple solution where the plugin will know how to handle simple FLV and MP4 files?
Your encoding is just not right. I would simply re-encode. FLV can’t work on iOS.

Understood that it doesn’t support FLV, but see above what I’ve asked regarding the MP4 files, which are standard MP4 files.

It is because your MP4 is not encoded properly. Try this file to test with – http://www.longtailvideo.com/jw/upload/bunny.mp4
