Can't Place Adsense Next To My Logo

I try to place an adsense to my header for about a hour now but I cannot manage to do it. my website is: http://forum.banaisbul.com

when you enter the site you can see, Google adsense is above of my logo. Whenever I try it placed below or above the header. I want it to place next to my logo.
