can’t open my website

I seriously need your help to figure out what to do.
2 days ago I was trying to copy some ads from Google, and for some reason affter I updated the ad on my template theme everything went down all of the sudden. I can even open my site any more.
when I type http://www.badjis.com I receive this message: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/.asker/badjis/badjis.com/wp-content/themes/fspring_widgets/functions.php on line 2”
I can’t even access my WordPress to make changes.
I am new to this, please, any help will be appreciated.
