   When I go into presentation | themes editor and try to modify one of the files I have listed there, I get this error:

   Warning: fopen(c:\hosting\member\brettr\blog/wp-content/themes/default/FlashMSCert.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\hosting\member\brettr\blog\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 58

   I've given my web user read/write permissions. Do you know why it still denies?

   I've resolved this problem. The wrong account was being selected.
