Can’t Make new Post?

    I am the Admin of a WordPress blog. I just installed version 2.1 to my server and atemped to run it. All was fine untill I went to make a new post. I clicked on ‘Write’ and got a 403 error for Post-new.php

    I checked permissions and I believe them to be correct. Please advise.
