   I'm having trouble "logging in" to my blog when I use IE (I'm not the only one - I never use Internet Explorer and someone else said that they were experiencing difficulty).

   When you enter the password, it just refreshes the page and doesn't show the post.

   See my website here and login with the password "hope". (No "" and use IE!)

   I am referring to the password protection on the posts and pages, not the admin login.

   When I had this problem, it was a bizarre situation. Took me months to figure out. I know one other person has had this issue.... it just seems a freak incident so I doubt it is your issue, but nonetheless....

   in settings general, my blog url was http://www.rvoodoo.com

   my wordpress address was just rvoodoo.com
   (no www)

   wouldn't let me sign on, comment, nothin in IE, but firefox was fine

   I experienced the same problem - couldn't log on using IE. The solution for me turned out to be quite simple, viz. to use the same URL for the website address as the WordPress URL (in the setting page). Problem solved.
