I just updated to 3.2.1 and when it finished updating, I got this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /home/daniell1/public_html/wayfarerdanielle/wp-admin/admin.php on line 32
I can't view the blog at http://www.wayfarerdanielle.com (I see this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/daniell1/public_html/wayfarerdanielle/wp-blog-header.php on line 14) and I can't log in to the admin area to edit anything.
Help!
Try:
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
- re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.
- re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
