Can't log in to dashboard, formatting gone, error 404

My website URL is http://www.thissongslaps.com
The login is http://thissongslaps.com/wp-login.php
Tonight, I tried to change the WordPress URL from http://www.thissongslaps.com to http://www.thissongslaps.com/blog in Settings
When I clicked save, it booted me from the dashboard and sent me to my homepage, but without the theme or any formatting
Now whenever I try to log in, it redirects me to http://www.thissongslaps.com/blog/wp-login.php and says “Error 404 – Page Not Found” and displays all my widgets and ads
