For some reason I cant loin to admin area and it looks like ths page ir broken somehow.
Im thinking it may be some plugin maybe that has updated but I havent updated anything in a while and it seems to have just happened on its own.
Does anybody recognise the issue or know how to solve it?

Have your tried,
1.http://yoursite.com/wp-login.php or http://yoursite.com/wp-admin
2. rename the plugins folder with the help of your FTP this make all your plugin disable. Then try to login.

Already tried that but didn't help.
I did however rename my theme folder aswell and that solved it. I think I updated WP recently which must have broke something, Is it possibly to downgrade WP back to previous version?
I can now access site and also re-enable theme but im guessing as soon as I log out/clear cookies etc that problem will return.
