can't login to admin after using plugin

Please help. I added the plugin, WP-Filebase Download Manager. I added a page of files for downloading, around 200 jpeg files. After previewing the page, i realized it was loading slowly, so I went back to wordpress, but it wouldn’t let me go back in.

As I can’t log in I removed the plugin manually using ftp, and the content folder associated with it, but I still can’t get in.
