   Hi Guys..

   i know you heard this all before and i have looked on previous blogs to find the answer but i still can't get my head round in ..

   I have sent WORDPRES countless request for my new password but i still haven't received and email form them ..

   I'm a new-bee and having a great time with wordpress. I had my site up for a months now going great . But for some reason this morning when i came to log on Word Press Login page wouldn't except my user-name or password.

   I tried to use this http://www.village-idiot.org/fixpass but i haven't got a clue where i should be using it where to download it what programme i need to to upload it and so on ..

   IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY.. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOME BODY HELP ME ....

   If someone could help you don't know how much it would be appreciated

   Just need someone to give me a step by step blow of account as I'm so new to all this Internet malarkey

   Here's some things to try:
   1. logout or logout with http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?action=logout
   2. disable all plugins--if necessary read How to deactivate all plugins when not able to access the administrative menus?
   3. clear cookies
   4. exit browser
   5. make sure local firewall is not causing problem
   6. login with http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php

   If WordPress is installed in something other than the root folder please take that into account for the above url examples

   Please let us know what does solve your problem.
