After I've upgraded from 3.0.5 to 3.1.1 I can't login as a user. I can log in as admin but not as a user.
How can I fix it? Please, help?

I think I figured it out. It was a new version of Simple Tags plugin. I don't understand why but seems like old version is working but not a new one.
Is somebody else have this problem?
