    Hello to everyone:

I am just starting a blog. I have allready succesfully installed WordPress 2.3.2 on my web server (hosted). Everything went okay and I received confirmation of installation, but when I want to log in, I keep getting following error:

"WordPress requires cookies but your browser does not suport them or they are blocked"

Neither of this is true, I have checded my browser, erased cookies, specially enabled my website. After this I did everything on the support page for "Can't log in". Nothing works...

    Details of my installation are:
    WordPress 2.3.2
    MySQL Version: 4.1.20
    PHPMy Admin: 2.8.2.4
Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.11 (I also tried Internet Explorer 7.0)
    OP System: Windows XP (SP2)

Please could someone help me solve this so that I can start blogging right away. Thanks a lot.

    Pablo

    Welcome to the WP forum.
For a fast solution always try to paste your error message in the Search box; chances are you are not the first one with that error.

    Hello moshu,

Thanks for the answer, but I am completely lost. I have read dozens of postings but none of the solutions seems to work. I see most of the solutions are intended for earlier versions of WP (2.3, 2.3.1). I checked wp-config and wp-login and the patches are already incorporated in the files of the new version. So I am confused. My install is clean, database is empty, it's my first blog, so I don't know where else to look. As I said earlier, I tried everything on the lessons page "Can't log in" and nothing works.

    Please, please, any other ideas?

I just wanted to say thank you if someone has helped me silently to solve this problem. Misteriously, I can now log in.
