Earlier today I activated a twenty eleven child theme and while it was activating, I hit stop because I realized I wanted to stay with the current twenty ten child theme. At that point the dashboard became unresponsive and now I can't log into the site.
I removed both the child themes using ftp, because that seemed to be what other had suggested on other boards, but it didn't revert back to the default theme. I've also renamed all but the basic twenty ten themes using ftp but that didn't seem to have any impact either.
