Can't loggin to my dashboard..

Well, i just updated wordpress into the latest version,and i just posted a new post, and then, i tried to access my Apearence board, OOPS, things goes wrong.. I can’t see a thing on my dashboard site any more..could somebody help me?
1. a i am the admin of salesdaddy.info,
2.i can still log in and see my index page and any posts that i have posted,
3. things doesn’t seemed wrong when accessing my website, but i continued get blank page when i want to see my dashboard.(and it doesn’t seems refreshing or someting..)
HELP!!
