I upgraded the StatCounter plugin, and now I can't log in because of some fatal error when I upgraded. I know I need to disable the plugin, but how can I do this if I can't log in?

yes i have the same problem and i do not know what to do solve it

Use your ftp client to rename or delete the offending plugin.
