   I can't seem to log in to my wordpress account. When I use the "lost password" link, I enter my email address and it does not recognize it. I can also just enter my username to have the password emailed to me. When I just enter my user name, the system recognizes it, but I do not receive an email to reset my password.

   How can I log in to WordPress? I want to continue working on my site!

   I read through the link you sent, but feel kind of lost. I can't log in to WordPress, so I can't go to admin, I don't know where to find the php, and I don't have access to ftp. I feel totally lost! What can I do?

   Your hosting provider does not provide access to your server either through FTP, SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides? Generally They do provide access. Talk to your hosting provider.

   Is you blog self hoted or on wordpress.com?
