The whole formatting of my site has gone wrong and i cant log into my dashboard. when I log in it brings me to an unformatted front page and looks like it does not pick up any of the CSS. i get this page when i visit the site as well

possible hack or a plugin you added recently?did you make any changes before this happened? I do not have enough history with this sort of stuff. I would lookinto other people with the same problem.
Also, I tryed look at your site, and it took about 5 min to load. this is a HUGE problem. I hope that it was just server maintenance, any one else having this problem?

The long load up time has happened after this problem started.
I was playing around with the word press and site addresses in general settings. I dircetcted them to the page that loads but obverserily not correctly. I also deleted the index.html file from my root folder when I applied these changes but have replaced it.
