Once I try to log-in or go to a log-in page it redirects me to this error:
http://www.thesoul-foundation.org/index-2/wp-login.php
Can anyone help? It happened after I changed the site address from http://www.thesoul-foundation.org to http://www.thesoul-foundation.org/index-2
Any reason to change the url as it will be looking for wordpress in index-2 folder which you may not have as wordpress must be root.
You will need reset urls back using one of this method

I'm really new to this. Do you know how I go about fixing it? The site is supposed to be http://www.thesoul-foundation.org and was needing to redirect it to http://www.thesoul-foundation.org/index-2. Probably should have done that through the hosting site.

Your site is at the root only it seems. You can login at http://www.thesoul-foundation.org/wp-login.php and see the changes you made. If it does not work, check your config.php file and see if you have filled in the correct DB name, host, etc., as your site also shows internal server errors.
