[closed] Can't Log In Since Activating Dongle Plugin For Brute Force Attacks (3 posts)

After over a thousand brute force attacks in past 24 hours, I installed several plugins to combat the attacks. Everything worked fine (even though the attacks continued) until I entered a challenge and response for the Dongle plugin. I have not been able to log in since. My URL is http://swisstoons.com/
I've tried searching Google and the WP Forum for a remedy to no avail. I should mention that I am not computer savvy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

That should mean that my Login Dongle plugin is in effect. All you have to do to be able to login again is to use the bookmarklet with the code that was generated.

If you don't have the bookmarklet, then you have to disable the plugin so that you can later login as usual. Follow the steps I outlined here.

If you don't know how to access your blog from a remote file manager, call your hosting provider and ask for help.
