cant log in, error msg admin url

    hello,

    when i try to log in at :http;//myurl/wp-admin” i get this error msg below

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/38/8681438/html/wp-content/themes/thecouch/settings.php:668) in /home/content/38/8681438/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 934

    i had some trouble with a few custom themes that i installed, all of them turned back similar error messages when i tried to modify the contents. but now i can’t even log in.

    any suggestions??

    Hi cmc618,

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in. I would recommend switching to the default theme by manually renaming your theme’s folder. You can do this through either an FTP program or your web host’s File Manager. If you are still unable to log in, you can also manually disable plugins by renaming the plugins folder as well.
