   I can't access my admin panel now - it says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page". I have tried disabling all plugins, and using the default theme also.

   I can't help at all, but I can recommend that you provide more information.

   (Besides, if you get the insufficient permissions error, is it safe to assume you disabled plugins and themes by FTP)

   What did you do before that problem occurred ?
   Do stuff by FTP ?
   Allow automated stuff from within the wordpress admin ?
   What wordpress version ?
   ... And the like :)

   I made some changes to functions.php, so that my posts from a particular categpory would appear on one page, named after the category
