Can't Load Menu Editor "nav-menus.php"

    I cant load the menu editor, it’s just a white empty page! I need to edit my menu asap to remove a tab so please help me out if you can.

    So far I’ve overwritten the nav-menus.php file with a previously backed up version but that didn’t do anything, and I’m not a programmer so I don’t know where to look.

    Please help!
