   Hi, I know a lot of people have posted this question but I none of them seem to be answered.

   I loaded the files on to my server, (my own, sitting right next to me) and tried loading up install.php. When I do, I get this:

   Forbidden

   You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-admin/install.php on this server.

   Apache/2.2.15 (Fedora) Server at 10.0.1.49 Port 80

   I tried changing the permissions of blog and all subdirectories to 755, but that didn't help.

   Ok, I solved it myself. I had to disable SElinux. I followed the instructions here.
