Hi. I have tried to install wordpress on my laptop as local host - followed all instructions to download WordPress, then went to microsoft, install WebPI - did that. Then tried to install WP - after about 40% downloaded, I got the error msg : 'cannot recognize the password or cannot link to the database'.
So tried it again, but using a different laptop - received the same response.
Can someone please advise what the problem could be.
