• In the fantastico side,i would like to reinstall the wordpress.So In the install in directory i leave it empty,but when i click to next step the show me this msg.

    The installation can not be completed:

    – You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

    Click on the browser’s Back button to fix reported errors.

    How should i do?how do i delete mt previous setting?thank you so much

  • You typically can use Fantastico to remove a previous installation of WordPress. If you’ve done that already then you might need to manually delete the old database and any old WordPress files before attempting another Fantastico install. If you’ve done that, then you might ask your host if they can figure out why you can’t install WordPress again.

    Follow MichaelH’s instructions and also delete any fantastico references in your root.

    here it is:

    1. Access your cPanel and open the File Manager;
    2. Go to .fantasticodata in your Home Directory;
    3. Delete all the files inside this directory.
    4. Drink coffee, juice or tea
