Can’t insert or link from visual editor

    I have a WordPress blog hosted by Yahoo. For some reason, I can no longer insert links or images using the visual editor as of just a few days ago. I have to enter code.

    When I click the link icon I get a pop up that says “tinyMCE object reference not found from popup.”

    I’ve seen several unresolved posts on this and am a little worried, because I can’t run my blog efficiently without full use of the visual editor. If there is no solution to this, I’ll have to figure out how to convert to another blogging tool.

    I don’t know how long I’ve been using WordPress 2.0.2. Yahoo automatically updates the tool. I also had to reload all software on my computer a few days ago as well do to another problem. I don’t know if the issue is related.

    I figured it out.

    The links werent displaying because the page was a summary of the posts in each category-and the links would work if I clicked on the header of the post to view the whole post.

    now I need to figure out how to get the links to work in summary of the categories.
