Can't Import WordPress XML (1 post)

Hey all... I KNOW this topic has been addressed here, but I still am having issues. I've set all files and directories in, and including, wp-admin to 777 (and wp-content, for good measure). I export the XML from a blog living on wordpress.com which is well under the 10meg limit (about 400kB).

When I try and import I get a 403 the first time I hit the page. However if I refresh the page I get a page that says "Are you sure you want to do this?" WITHOUT any yes button or anything... the html ends after that statement. Further refreshes make no difference.

I've tried manually ftp'ing the XML into wp-content as well.. as I THINK thats where it wants to go (and setting it to 777), to no avail.

I have imported the same XML file into another wordpress blog with no issues...

    ACK!
