Cant' Hyperlink in 3.4.2

    I cannot create a hyperlink in WP 3.4.2. I’m in Visual and when I create a hyperlink and press OK or submit it just jumps to my “All Posts” page on the Dashboard and doesnt’ create a hyperlink.

    I wondered if anyone else had had this problem and how it can be resolved?
