- Download and install an FTP-program or use the webhost access such as PLESK to access the website.
- Go to the
../wp-content/plugins
-directory and rename or remove the directory of the smush plug-in.
You should now be able to access your site again.

Using your FTP-program:
right-click the wp-conten/plugins
directory.
click properties
a small screen with the file propperties will show
Check if the owners-rights are all ticked so read, write, execute.
also tick apply to all subdirectories
I lose one’s way when I attempt to resolve this problem from filezila and now I can’t to go dashboard and pictures aren’t showing. Have more problems now then yesterday. I have to pay web hosting already two day pass limit times, if I don’t resolve today this problem may tomorrow Google abolition.
