   Hi,

   I'm on Mac and I have this same problem in Firefox, Chrome and Safari: I only get the HTML editor in 3.31 site but everything's fine with this other site I run with the previous version. (See screen captures).

   There are no plugins installed. I have tried trashing and copying new wp-admin and wp-includes folder but that didn't help.

   Can anyone help?

   Did you make sure that the 'Disable the visual editor when writing' box is not checked in your profile?

   Made me look but no, the box isn't checked and I'm actually having the same thing happening here when writing these posts.

   Try reinstalling WP by going to Admin->Dashboard->Updates and clicking 'Re-install Now'.

   I appreciate the help but that didn't do anything either.
