   I just updated my contact form 7 plugin and now I get this message whenever I try to either visit my site or even get to my admin panel.

   Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/58/5605258/html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/functions.php on line 104

   I don't know how to get in to fix the problem without accessing my site through artofcitizenship.com/wp-admin.

   you need to either use ftp (filezilla is a good free program)

   or a file manager f your host offers one. Log onto your sevrer and navigate to wp-content->plugins and delete contact-form-7 folder
