   Upgraded to 3.0 and everything looks fine however when trying to get to the admin I get this screen:

   No Upgrade Required

   Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

   When I click the 'Continue' button it take me back to my website. I've installed this in a subdirectory call http://test.sundayblues.org and clicking the button takes me back to http://sundayblues.org.

   Any ideas?

   Try:
   - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder using FTP (or use whatever file management application your host provides)

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

   - re-running the upgrade manually.

   - reviewing http://wordpress.org/support/topic/411649
