   Under the "Theme Editor" tab, I have this message at the bottom of the page: "You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information."

   I have assured that all my files are readable, writable, and executable, and my admin user has all privileges.

   Am I doing something wrong? or not doing something? Any advice?
