Can't Get Team Member's Bio to Show from their Profile

Hi,
I’m trying to setup this plugin so that the user’s bio displays instead of the description that the admin manually enters. I did assign the Team Member post to a user, with that user’s bio filled out in their WP profile, but it will only show the manually entered description when I go to “view post”.

This plugin is great, and there’s a lot that I can do with it. Do you know how I can set this up? Any help would be much appreciated.
