dish56I can't get Snap Shots off my wordpress.org site, and all the instructions for deinstalling seem to be for wordpress.com sites. A simple checking of a box isn't working here.
I deinstalled the plugin, and it showed up as deinstalled on my plugins page. The Snap Shots pop-ups were still coming up on the blog.
I went into my FTP program and Snap Shots was still there. This may be where I made my mistake: I deleted it, rather than uninstalling it. I thought this was okay, as the program shows the files being "unintstalled." Still the pop-ups are showing on my blog, whether I'm viewing as myself or a guest.
I can't find any remnant of Snap Shots anywhere in my settings, but clearly something is still there. Any help on how to find it and get it off? Thanks.
