Can’t get site running on new server

    So I have a working WordPress install on my hosting account (DreamHost) and I’m trying to move it to be hosted at its destination site (GoDaddy) and even though the DB is not moving (staying on my DH account) I cannot get it to come up on the destination site. I get “Error establishing a database connection”, not the pretty version WP displays but a generic PHP error. Thoughts?
